If you're against abortion, don't have one.
thecircumambient: Response to the Pro Choice argument “Every Child a wanted Child”
Firstly, there is no such thing as an unwanted child, every child is wanted by someone, unwanted not being the condition of a child, but the attitude of the adult. The problem of unwanted children does not justify killing those children,…
In what ways is a fetus not equal to a child?
A child feels pain, has emotions, plans, thoughts, interests, relationships, is not attached to someone else’s body, etc. A fetus has none of that.
Firstly, I would like to ask why prochoice people take issue with us showing these pictures. Aren’t they just pictures of blobs of tissue? If Prochoice people truly believe that unborn children are just “blobs of tissue” or “clusters of cells”, then why would they take issue with us showing said tissue? For the rest of us, the pictures themselves are not disgusting, but the reality they depict is, and nothing could be more relevant to the discussion of something than that which shows what something really is.
Most of the time, pro-lifers aren’t showing pictures of first trimester abortions, which account for the majority of abortions, but are showing pictures of late-term abortions.
So tell me, pro-choicers, how is this different than abortion? Why is this murder, and a woman choosing to use the pill herself…that’s just choice? That’s just her right? The result is exactly the same.
I would love to see somebody attempt to justify this.
It’s her body, not his. She gets to make the choice, not him. Simple.

It is is hilarious how many pro choicers at March for Life in Ottawa had signs that said “keep your rosaries off my ovaries” or some other religious reference on their sign… Not every pro life individual is religious. I, for one, is an atheist but still believe that the human race is good and should not be killed off.
Who are YOU to choose whether someone dies or not?
It’s my body. Therefore, I get to decide whether or not anything or anyone gets to use it. This applies to fetuses, blood and organ donations, viruses and bacteria, etc.
Pro lifers are not against women’s rights or trying to lessen them, because YOU are not choosing something that only has to do with YOUR body, it is someone else’s body in this picture. It is a human life.
Me being pregnant doesn’t have something to do with my body?
People who are pro choice need to have valid arguments if they really want to make their point reasonable, but all their points are invalid.
Babies start feeling pain at around six weeks which has been PROVEN by doctors and have a heart beat at six weeks as well. How can you call something that breathes and feels just like all of us, not human?
Fetuses don’t start feeling pain until AT LEAST 20-24 weeks. [x] [x] [x] [x]
Also, what point are you making when you hand out condoms or throw them at pro life movements? If you used those condoms, you would not need to have abortion as an option EVER.
I feel like I’m pointing out the obvious here, but condoms don’t work 100% of the time. No birth control does.
Keep your close minded, ignorant, anti life views off this earth.
Yes, I would, because just like a fetus is not entitled to my body, I am not entitled to my mother’s body. It really disturbs me how many anti-choicers feel like they have ownership over their mother’s bodies.

Abortion seems to be the only medical procedure that people want to deny you based on how you got in that situation.
Drove drunk, got in an accident and need an organ transplant? No problem.
Messing around with a gun, accidentally shoot yourself in the leg and need surgery? Of course.
Smoke tobacco for most of your life and need treatment for lung cancer? Yep.
Climb a tree, fall out and break your leg? We’ll fix that right up.
Have sex and get pregnant when you don’t want to be? YOU GOT YOURSELF INTO THIS SITUATION AND YOU DESERVE NO MEDICAL HELP OR COMPASSION! THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU WILL DEAL WITH THE CONSEQUENCES!

Why do we have an abortion rate 20% higher than France’s (and more than twice as high as Germany’s), especially considering most doctors here won’t perform them? The answer is any country that has universal health care, where contraception is free, where child care is free or inexpensive, where there is less poverty because people don’t become bankrupt over medical bills — those societies are simply going to have fewer unplanned and unwanted pregnancies.
And there the mask gets pulled off the Bart Stupaks and the “Christians.” If the statistics show that countries with government-provided universal health care and nearly-free abortions are, in fact, the countries with the fewest abortions, then why on earth wouldn’t the Right be the first in line to support universal health care?
Because it isn’t about “universal health care.” It’s about controlling women, period. It’s about sticking your nose in other people’s business. It’s about pushing your religious beliefs on everyone else because voices in your head tell you your Jesus is The One — even though your Jesus never said one single solitary word in any of the four gospels of the Bible about abortion or fertilized eggs being human. You’ve just gone and made it up about “life beginning at conception.” Jesus never said that. The little voice in your head said that, the same little voice that wants your grubby paws on women’s uteruses. You need help. Please get some help and leave the rest of us alone, Mr. Stupak and friends.
